1. Who we are

Reachfluencer LLC ("we") operates reachfluencer.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• You give us: name, email, phone, company, website, channel URL, subscriber and audience details, campaign briefs and messages when you submit a form, email us or sign an agreement.
• Payment information: when you pay an invoice through Stripe, Stripe processes your card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring page, through cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries; evaluate creator applications; prepare proposals; run and manage campaigns; invoice and collect payment; keep records; prevent fraud and misuse; improve the site; and meet legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers that help us operate: hosting, email, form handling, analytics and Stripe for payments. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Brands and creators, only as needed to propose or run a campaign. For example, we may share a creator's channel name and audience statistics with a prospective brand client, and a brand's name and brief with a creator.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety or prevent fraud.
• Business transfer: if we merge or are acquired, information may transfer as part of that deal.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site function and basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

6. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing emails at any time. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email hello@reachfluencer.com. We may verify your identity first and will respond within 45 days.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links and international visitors

Our site may link to third-party sites with their own policies. Our services are operated from the United States, and information you submit is processed there.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
