Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to campaign services purchased from Reachfluencer LLC and is part of our Terms of Service. A proposal may set different terms for a specific campaign. If so, the proposal controls.
1. Cancelling before a creator is confirmed
If you cancel in writing before a creator has been confirmed in writing for your campaign, we refund any deposit in full.
2. Cancelling after a creator is confirmed, before content is delivered
The deposit is non-refundable because creator time and schedule have been reserved. You owe no further balance, except costs we have already committed to a creator under a signed agreement, which we will itemize.
3. After content is delivered or published
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
4. If a deliverable is not completed
If a creator fails to publish an agreed deliverable for reasons other than a delay or change you caused, we will either re-deliver the placement with the same or a comparable creator, or refund the unfulfilled portion of the fee, at our choice and as agreed with you.
5. Series, multi-video and retainer work
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are given for work already completed or in progress, and any unused prepaid amount for work not yet started is refunded.
6. Rescheduling
You may move a campaign date once at no charge with at least 7 days' written notice. Later or repeated changes are subject to creator availability and may carry additional costs.
7. Performance
We do not refund or discount based on view counts, engagement, clicks or sales, since we do not guarantee them.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email hello@reachfluencer.com with your company name, campaign and reason. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
9. Payment disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Disputes are handled under section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Creator payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in each creator's own agreement with Reachfluencer.
