Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of reachfluencer.com and the services of Reachfluencer LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA ("Reachfluencer", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you have signed a written agreement or proposal with us, that document controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Services

We provide advertising and marketing services, specializing in influencer marketing, campaign management and advertising services. This includes identifying independent content creators, evaluating audience fit, negotiating and contracting partnerships, and managing sponsored campaigns through completion.

3. Proposals and custom agreements

Services are custom. After you submit a request, we send a written proposal stating scope, deliverables, schedule, total fee and payment terms. A proposal becomes binding when you approve it in writing (email approval is sufficient) or sign an agreement we send. Proposals expire 14 days after issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

If you are a brand or business client, you agree to: provide accurate product information and approved claims; designate one point of contact; respond to draft approvals within 3 business days; ship any product on time at your cost; make sure your product, claims and materials comply with applicable law; and cooperate with required sponsorship disclosures. Delays caused by late approvals or shipments may move the schedule.

5. Creators

Creators are independent contractors engaged by Reachfluencer under separate written agreements. They are not our employees or yours. Creators keep editorial control over their content within the agreed scope and are responsible for disclosing sponsorships as required by law and YouTube's rules. We do not guarantee that any creator will accept a campaign.

6. Fees, billing and payment

Fees are set in the proposal and charged in US dollars. Unless the proposal says otherwise: 50% is due on approval to reserve creators and schedule, and the remaining 50% is due within 15 days after the sponsored content is published. Invoices may be paid through Stripe, bank transfer or other methods we list on the invoice. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Overdue balances may incur a late charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law if lower, and we may pause work on overdue accounts. Please raise invoice disputes in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.

7. Scope changes

Requests outside the approved scope, such as extra deliverables, longer integrations, added usage rights or new dates, are quoted separately and start only after you approve the change.

8. Approvals and revisions

Drafts and talking points are subject to your review. Each campaign includes one round of revisions to factual accuracy and brand-safety issues. Creative direction remains with the creator within the agreed scope.

9. Content and intellectual property

Creators own the content they create. Usage rights for the brand (for example, rights to repost or run content as ads) are granted only as stated in the proposal and agreements. You grant us a limited license to use your name, logo and product materials to perform the services. We do not use client or creator names or logos in our own marketing without permission.

10. No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee views, clicks, sales, engagement or any specific result. Audience data and projections are estimates.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the services. This does not cover information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

13. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it unlawfully.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the fees you paid us for that campaign. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your products, claims, materials or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Changes do not alter a proposal you already approved.
